Shipping costs and delivery

The table below shows approximate shipping costs for the most frequently ordered products. Since the ordered products can vary considerably, the shipping costs cannot be precisely determined in advance. Shipping costs are calculated individually when the order is placed and the customer is informed about them at that time.

Domestic orders

Postage is charged according to the current price list of Slovenia Post and varies depending on the weight of the shipment, dimensions, and type of service.

All shipments are dispatched with a tracking number and priority delivery; signature on delivery is usually not requested. Shipments in Slovenia are delivered via Slovenia Post in three working days after posting (we are not responsible for delays). We inform each customer when the order has been dispatched via e-mail and include the tracking number.

Approximate delivery costs within Slovenia:

shipments weighing up to 350 g: 3,16-3,36 EUR
shipments weighing from 350 to 1000 g: 4,41 EUR
shipments weighing from 1000 to 2000 g: 7,36 EUR
heavier shipments/packages: upon individual calculation

International orders

Postal costs for delivery to foreign countries are calculated according to the weight of the shipment, the dimensions of the shipment, the customer’s location, and the type of service. The default shipping method is via national post offices (standard delivery). Shipments are dispatched via Slovenia Post with a tracking number that the customer receives in a dispatch notification. A signature on delivery is usually not requested.

International shipments are usually not scanned while in transit between the origin and destination countries. More detailed information is usually available when the shipment is picked up by the addressee’s domestic postal service provider.

shipments weighing up to 250 g: 8 EUR
shipments weighing from 250 to 1000 g: 8-12 EUR
shipments weighing from 1000 to 2000 g: 15 EUR
heavier shipments/packages: upon individual calculation

shipments weighing from 250 to 1000 g: 9-13 EUR

Europe: 5-15 days
US: 2-4 weeks
Australia: 2-6 weeks
Canada: 3-8 weeks
Other countries: 4-8 weeks

International shipping upgrade

For international orders fast or express delivery is possible. As prices between countries vary considerably depending on the speed of delivery and the weight of the shipment, please contact us for an accurate postage calculation.

Delivery will be made via DPD, DHL, or GLS company within 1-5 working days, depending on the location, the shipment will be dispatched with a tracking number. We need the exact address, e-mail address and telephone number of the addressee solely to successfully ship and deliver the parcel.
